COTHM Dubai team participated & supported 2nd Syrian Salon Culinary Competition held On 29th Sep, at Rove Rotana resort , Ras Al Khaimah.
The was event was organised and led by Chef Majed - President Syrian Culinary Guild & Vice President Emirates Guild.
More than 150 Chefs competed, 35 International Judges assessed the series of competitions & range of 9 classes of competition made this event a great success.
