In 2018 Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne celebrates 125 years in the hospitality world and its is a great honor for COTHM to be part of the celebration as the EUHOFA family.
This is the fourth time in the history of EUHOFA International that Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL) invited the EUHOFA family to experience Swiss as well as EHL hospitality paired with a top level academic program. All of us know of the excellent education provided at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, and are aware of the outstanding premises for students as well as the EHL graduates who work worldwide in the hospitality industry.
The 57th EUHOFA International Congress was held on the theme of “125 years in the hospitality world: The challenges ahead”. It was a promising theme and I know that the congress organizing team had worked very hard to put together a high-standard congress program including relevant academic input, in addition to discussion and workshop sessions.
Digital and continuous education, artificial intelligence and the design and architecture part of emotional soft skills, were the topics discussed during the academic sessions.
